What We Offer

 Built in 2015, each of our eight units offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living and kitchen area and approximately 800 sq. ft.  Units are furnished with all electric appliances, including washer and dryer, and feature stainless kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, a privately fenced patio, and no yard to maintain. 

Farwell is a quiet community with a great school system and that small town feel you are looking for.  Our units are located one block from the city park and within three blocks of medical and dental facilities and several churches.  Kids can easily walk to the Farwell ISD campus.  We are located close to Clovis and Cannon Air Base and are military friendly!

 All units are non-smoking and pet free.
